The T Salon was established July 20, 2021 when the owner, Tonia Massare, decided to take a leap of faith and open up her own business after the salon she worked at shut down during the Global Pandemic. Tonia had a vision to create a positive environment for learning and growth, not only in our profession but in the lives of her team members as well. A salon that prioritizes work-life balance and the opportunity to grow.

Tonia specifically wanted to have a salon where she could mentor young stylists starting in the industry and join forces with some of her favorite hairstylists/estheticians in the Rochester area. We are passionate about being involved in our community and make it a point to give back whenever we can- to include the products we carry, providing natural, organic ingredients in both product and packaging respecting personal health and the earth.
